- Quantitative - Less drop outs (25%)
- Qualitative - More engaged (measured through journals)
Taking more responsibility for future
Management:
- enhance intake interview
- 1/2 hour a week class time

- Workshop on learning styles and study habits facilitated by outside professionals (twice a year)
Permission :
- A formal permission (release) of journals for use in research
This will be signed at end of research
