Register Now for the 2026 Professional Development Conference for Literacy Practitioners

Join literacy practitioners from across the province in Truro, November 4–6, for three days of learning and connection. This year’s theme is Nova Scotia: A Place to Learn – A Place to Belong. 

A special pre-conference session will be offered on November 4, from 7 to 8:30 PM. The Capacity to Care: Burnout, Belonging and Sustainable Work in Education will be presented by Dr. Ashley Margeson, BSN, ND.

Registration Fee for Non-NSSAL Attendees
If you’re not affiliated with a CLO or community organization funded by NSSAL, you’re still welcome to attend the conference. The registration fee is $500, or $450 for LNS members. Learn more about becoming a member.
